Individual Therapy

A safe space for children, adolescents, and adults

Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore challenges, build coping strategies, and strengthen mental health. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teenager navigating change, or an adult facing life’s pressures, individual therapy provides a space designed just for you.

Common Concerns & Who I Work With

I support children (6 years and older), adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety, worry, and stress management;
  • Emotional regulation and big feelings;
  • Behavioural challenges in children;
  • ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and learning differences;
  • Low mood, depression, or self-esteem issues;
  • School stress, peer difficulties, or bullying;
  • Family changes, separation, or adjustment challenges; and
  • Building resilience and coping strategies.
     

Sessions are tailored to the person’s age and stage of life, ensuring practical and developmentally appropriate strategies for children, teens, and adults.

My Approach

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each person’s needs. Sessions are collaborative and practical, with a focus on:

  • Understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface;
  • Building tools that work in everyday life; and
  • Supporting long-term growth, confidence, and emotional well-being.


I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play-based strategies, and parent support interventions, always adapted to suit the individual.
